Good Manners - July 31st

This may look like just an ordinary picture of a dog and cat co-existing in the same house. But, there is much more to this story. Not only do they share this water bowl, but they also take turns drinking water. Moments before this picture was taken, Charlie was drinking while Henley waited. Now, as Henley gets his drink, Charlie is patiently waiting on his next turn.

The Unemployed - July 30th

I met Tom at Starbuck's for coffee today discussing the life of being unemployed. We were sitting outside when it started to rain. We were smart enough to pick a table with an umbrella, but we were not smart enough to make sure it wasn't broken!

Argh! - July 28th

This lovely garbage can has been sitting outside my house for 28 days now. I am waiting on them to come pick it up since I changed services. I call every week with empty promises of picking it up. This week I gave them an ultimatum - come pick it up or it's going to the garbage dump.

Who Needs Sleep? - July 27th

Sunday night I got home about 10pm from Karen's house. I was pretty tired, but for some reason could not fall asleep!

Are You There God? - July 26th

On Sunday mornings, I always try to remember things that God has blessed me with that day. Look at this view! The sun shining through a gorgeous oak tree, which only God could have created.

And the Lord God made all kinds of trees grow out the ground - trees that were pleasing to the eye and good for food.

Dogs Just Wanna Swim - July 25th

Charlie and I went to visit Karen and Todd in Lake Park, GA this weekend. Charlie got to swim in their pool. He loves the water!
