Instead of bible study Wednesday night, the Evening Light ladies attended Ash Wednesday service at PRUMC. Ash Wednesday is a day for a clean start. What am I giving up or doing differently this Lent season? I'm not following the path of many where I'm giving up caffeine, sweets or anything else that might make me grumpy. Instead, I'm choosing something that could lead to something positive. I've been rather slack lately on attending church, so my goal this Lent season is not miss one Sunday church service (except for the one where I know I'll be out of town).
