Wills Park has some really nice walking/jogging paths and they are ONLY for jogging and/or walking. I find it odd that on a walking path, there would need to be a notice about a "blind curve". Is this a joke? Or, is the city government protecting themselves from possible lawsuits? "This man was jogging too fast on a walking path and ran into my baby stroller! I'm suing the city for negligence". Yeah, wouldn't surprise me.
